Chuck Elsey

Mr. Chuck Elsey has been licensed to practice law since 1997 and his practice areas include business and commercial law, real estate law, transactions, contract law, and employment law. Me. Elsey also assists clients with estate planning.

Mr. Elsey spent 18 years in the oil and gas industry, both as an entrepreneur and as a senior executive, engaged extensively in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business transactions, operations and labor issues. He has served in both President and COO capacities for large corporations. Following his time in oil and gas, Chuck spent the next 13 years consulting and counseling on a variety of issues in both small and large companies throughout the world, including Fortune 500 companies.

Chuck has been married to his high school sweetheart Lori, for over 42 years. He has 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
