Office Manager Tracy Walk
Tracy Walk is the Office Manager at Elsey & Elsey and has been with firm since November of 2011. Ms. Walk, who previously owned two small businesses, brings to Elsey & Elsey an entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic often found in small business owners.
Ms. Walk manages the business side of the Firm, manages the owner’s partnership interests and real estate investments and handles the Firm’s books, payroll, bookkeeping, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Her diverse work experience, including stints in interior design, insurance, securities products and law, make her a well rounded and valuable asset to the business side of Elsey & Elsey.
Tracy and her husband Karl live in Denton County and attend Cross Timbers Church.
Paralegal Nina Winfrey
Nina Winfrey is a Paralegal with Elsey & Elsey and joined the Firm in February, 2011. She has been a Legal Assistant/Paralegal for over 25 years working in Tarrant, Dallas and Denton Counties. She has assisted attorneys in complex and high profile cases including case preparation, scheduling, complete case management and tracing of assets. She has also assisted attorneys in the preparation of articles for courses and team panels for the Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, TAFLS and the State Bar of Texas programs and worked on various judicial campaigns in Tarrant County.
Nina’s family has lived in Flower Mound since 1998. Her husband, Dale, has been employed with Fidelity Investments for 29 years and their youngest son, Brandon, graduated from Flower Mound High School and is Captain of his Golf Team at Pittsburgh State. Their oldest son, Wesley, who also attended LISD schools, is in the KU Business School and has accepted an internship with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Kansas City, Missouri.
Paralegal Tracy Jones
Tracy Jones is a seasoned paralegal with Elsey & Elsey who has been with the firm since 2008. Tracy earned her B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has been a legal assistant/paralegal for more than 20 years.
While at Elsey & Elsey, she has assisted attorneys with family law cases, probate and estate planning, collections as well as assisting Chuck Elsey with business and corporate law matters, real estate transactions, employment law, litigation, personal injury and myriad other areas of the law.
Tracy and her family have lived in Flower Mound/Lewisville since 1991. Her husband Jimmy has been with Dallas Fire & Rescue for 28 years and her sons, Wes and AJ, both products of LISD, graduated Flower Mound High School and are now in college. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and spends her leisure time watching sporting event and loves to vacation at the beach.
